The returned product must be received (see above re: RMA) with a visible RMA on the front of the package before your refund request can be processed.
We accept unopened, resalable merchandise (in its original condition) provided it was purchased within the past 30 days. Claims for shortages or damaged merchandise must be made promptly with receipt of goods. Expired products cannot be returned for refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
